I just read my May 2011 post about progress.
Wow.
I realized a few things:
1. I'm glad I wrote that!
2. I need to write stuff like that every day, not every six months!
3. I was doing great in May...and actually did get close to 20 lbs lost...close by the end of June...beginning of July.
(another story to be filled in later of why I failed from July to September-ya know Dr's and meds, boo!)
(by October I was back to where I was in May)
3. I failed over the holiday season (as usual) and had to "get back on the wagon"
4. I am still determined
5. I can do this!
6. I kinda like myself.... LOL (its the awesomeness!) ;)
Damn! I feel better :)
